Honeymoon Adventure in Peru – 9 Days and 8 Nights

Our exciting journey begins early at 7:00 a.m. when we pick you up from your hotel in Lima and head on a 4.5-hour drive to the charming city of Ica. Upon arrival, we will visit one of the oldest vineyards in South America, “Hacienda Tacama.” Here, you will explore the facilities and learn about the fascinating wine and pisco-making process, with tastings included.

After this enriching experience, you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch on your own (not included). We’ll then continue to the stunning Huacachina Oasis, surrounded by impressive sand dunes. Experience thrilling dune buggy rides and sandboarding. The day concludes with a spectacular sunset in the desert, followed by a luxury glamping night under the stars, with dinner and live music.

We will start early with a refreshing shower and travel to Paracas for a safe boat trip to the Ballestas Islands. Here, you will witness the best of Peru’s marine wildlife, including Humboldt penguins, guano birds, and sea lions. After the tour, we’ll return to Lima with a transfer to your hotel in Miraflores.

After experiencing the best of Peru’s coast, it’s time to discover Cusco, the historical capital of the Inca Empire. We’ll have breakfast at the hotel, and our private transport will take you to Lima airport.

After a 1-hour flight over the Andes, we’ll arrive in Cusco. Once you collect your luggage, a team member will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.

In the afternoon, we’ll assist you in exploring Cusco’s main avenues, shopping, and currency exchange. Enjoy a peaceful evening in the city center to recharge for the next day.

At the agreed time, a specialized vehicle will pick us up to start our journey to Mountain View.

Andean Tipi Picnic: In a specially prepared space, we’ll enjoy a picnic inside an Andean tipi, featuring a gourmet cheese and fruit platter paired with fine wines.
You will also have the chance to interact with llamas and vicuñas, iconic animals of the Andes. Tonight, we’ll sleep in one of the selected cabins.

After a restful night at Mountain View, we’ll head to Ollantaytambo station to board the tourist train to Machu Picchu Pueblo. In the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the local hot springs. In the evening, our guide will meet you at the hotel to provide instructions for the Machu Picchu visit.

The moment you’ve been waiting for has arrived. After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to Ollantaytambo station to board the train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo).

Our guide will meet you to take the bus to Machu Picchu for a private guided tour, where you’ll uncover the mysteries of this Wonder of the World.

After the tour, you’ll return to Aguas Calientes for free time and lunch (not included) before boarding the train back to Ollantaytambo. From there, we’ll return to Cusco by private transport, arriving in the evening.

Around 4:45 a.m., we’ll pick you up from your hotel for a 2.5-hour drive to Humantay Lagoon. We’ll stop in Mollepata for a buffet breakfast, then continue to the trek’s starting point.

The hike to the lagoon takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes, ascending to approximately 5,000 meters above sea level. While the trek is moderately challenging, the stunning turquoise waters of the lagoon make it worthwhile.

If needed, horses are available for rent (not included). After time for photos and rest, we’ll descend for about 1.5 hours. In Mollepata, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch before returning to Cusco, arriving around 6:00 p.m.

After an extraordinary adventure, it’s time to say goodbye to Cusco. Following breakfast, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight.
